Olympic Lifting

Olympic lifting classes are focused on developing technique for the snatch and the clean and jerk. We also focus on building the strength necessary to execute the lifts properly.



Our daily classes include a programmed warm-up, strength/skill work segment, as well as conditioning.



StrongFit is a combination of strongman movements designed to strengthen and balance an athletes body. It is a great supplement to CrossFit or can be done as a separate program.
