I am aggressively average at CrossFit, but can walk ioon my hands remarkably well.
My fears of strength are outside the gym for the most part.

All I know from being on this earth for over three decades is react and adapt, don’t get down on yourself for too long because it doesn’t help anyone, and hard work generally wins out in the end.

Anything and everything outdoors! My motivation is being able to perform at a high level no matter the task in the worst conditions imaginable, when my body is beat up, tired and cold.
