Continue regular classes or set up times for On Ramp Coaching.

On Ramp provides newer athletes with some one on one coaching and reviewing basic movements. This will expose you to most of what will come up in regular classes.

Use the "forgot password" function to set up your account.

This will allow you to reserve classes and check out the schedule.


Sugar WOD

Download the SugarWOD app and add to KJ by clicking "Join my Box".

Ask your coach for the access code.

On SugarWOD, you will be able to see workouts and track weights, scores, etc.
